These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between yogeb ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "your", or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the yogeb online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at yogeb.net.

By accessing yogeb.net, creating a yogeb account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by yogeb, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing yogeb on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

yogeb may at any time require you to submit supporting documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and proof of payment account ownership. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active yogeb account. yogeb reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with accounts opened in violation of this rule.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yogeb login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use the account of any other person without their express authorization.

yogeb strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts, use a unique password not used on any other service, and log out of their yogeb session when using shared or public devices. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your yogeb account, whether or not you personally authorized those activities.

yogeb supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and must match the verified identity on your yogeb account. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account not belonging to you — are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount on yogeb is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification tier, payment method, and any active promotional restrictions on your account. yogeb reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. yogeb may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Verified accounts using GCash or Maya can expect withdrawal processing within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• yogeb does not charge deposit fees on its end; your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player without prior resolution through yogeb support will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Any credits deposited into your yogeb wallet through error or technical malfunction must be reported immediately and must not be wagered. yogeb reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits at any time.

yogeb offers a variety of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free game credits, referral rewards, and loyalty point programs. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all yogeb bonuses:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically after this period.

yogeb reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, withdraw a promotion entirely, or introduce new promotions at any time and at its sole discretion. Promotional changes will be published on the yogeb platform, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of current promotion terms.

All games available on yogeb — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, sabong, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through physically dealt cards and wheels overseen by trained croupiers. yogeb partners exclusively with reputable game providers whose software is certified by independent testing agencies.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game providers and are subject to the certified configurations of each title. yogeb does not manipulate RTP settings on a per-player basis. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yogeb platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged verification documents.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, bingo, or live casino formats.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus terms through systematic low-risk strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated abuse with other players.

• Hacking or interference — attempting to gain unauthorized access to yogeb systems, other player accounts, or game servers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use yogeb solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the yogeb platform.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, yogeb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your yogeb account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yogeb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — even if yogeb has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, yogeb is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or power outages on your end.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority in the Philippines or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

yogeb's decisions on matters of game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding at the platform level, subject to applicable Philippine regulatory review rights.
